Our commitment

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means readable contrast, real text rather than pictures of text, keyboard navigation throughout, meaningful alternative text on images, correct heading structure, and forms with labels a screen reader can announce.

What we have done

Body text meets AA contrast on every background we use. Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link. Pages are structured with real landmarks and headings. Our audio ministry exists in part so that people who cannot comfortably read still have full access to the same content.

Where we know we fall short

Some older materials and some third-party embeds — notably our donation form, which is provided by an outside processor — are not fully under our control. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will give you another way to do the same thing, including by phone.

In-person accessibility

Tell us what you need in advance — seating, interpretation, quiet space, wheelchair access, or help with transportation — and we will arrange what we can rather than making you improvise on arrival.

Email info@cbaorlando.org or call (321) 689-2973 with the page or situation and what went wrong. We treat accessibility reports as bug reports, not as complaints, and we will tell you what we did about it.
