Age-appropriate activities, stories, songs, and care for children. Until our written child-protection policy and volunteer screening are fully in place, every activity runs with a parent or guardian present — we would rather move slowly than cut a corner with somebody's child.
Children of immigrant families frequently grow up between two languages and two sets of expectations. A safe, joyful space where they are known by name gives them stability their calendar does not otherwise provide — and gives their parents the first genuinely free hours of their week.
